Pricing:
- Our home-visit repairs, pick-up/drop-off repairs, and support sessions start at $45 service fee, and I charge an hourly rate of $35 an hour. Pricing will vary depending on the issue, parts needed, and the time it will take to fix the issue. - We offer a 15% discount for senior citizens, US Military veterans, and first responders.
- Additionally, if we can’t fix your problem, you don’t pay anything. We strive to offer honest and transparent work, and give our customers a seamless and hassle-free experience here at Full Spectrum Computer Repair and Support.
About Full Spectrum:
I’m Ezekiel Flint, the operator and technician of Full Spectrum Computer Repair and Support. A native of Harrisonburg, VA, I’m a graduate of Blue Ridge Community College, and am a CompTIA A+ Certified IT Support Specialist.
I’ve always had a passion for computers. From playing around with my parents’ old Windows ME machine as a kid, building computers for my friends in my teen years, learning how to run and host Linux servers, to now offering in-home computer repairs and support. There’s always something new to learn in the world of IT, and everyday I learn something that I didn’t know before.
I wanted to start Full Spectrum Computer Repair and Support as a service for people who may not have time to go to the repair shop, and for people who didn’t want to deal with the hassle of dropping off their computer and picking it up later. I really strive to give my customers an amazing repair experience, all while being straightforward and transparent in what I am doing. I hope to build my business further and continue helping the local community!
